Aditya Aryasomayajula
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Aditya Aryasomayajula serves as the Chief Operating Officer of ISSI, holding a Master's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Gannon University, USA (2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Saveetha University (2012). In his role as COO, Mr. Aryasomayajula is responsible for driving operational excellence across ISSI's day-to-day business functions, ensuring seamless alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Working in close partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team, he translates organizational vision into actionable plans that enhance efficiency, scalability, and profitability — encompassing process optimization, budget management, and the implementation of data-driven strategies that elevate performance across all departments. Mr. Aryasomayajula leads cross-functional collaboration, establishes key performance indicators, and cultivates a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, while also playing a critical role in risk management and organizational transformation — ensuring ISSI sustains long-term growth and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes for its clients.

IT Director
Dr. V.B.N.V. Sai brings over 20 years of extensive experience in IT leadership and program delivery to ISSI, holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and a Scrum Master certification. At ISSI, Dr. Sai plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's technology vision and driving innovation, aligning technical strategy with business objectives to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. His strategic leadership defines technology vision, architecture standards, and long-term roadmaps, while his engineering leadership builds and empowers high-performing teams that foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Dr. Sai's expertise spans the full spectrum of program and project delivery, overseeing end-to-end SDLC execution, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with quality frameworks including ISO and CMMI standards.
